ST. HUBERT'S HUNSTMEN Roper

ST. HUBERT'S HUNSTMEN Roper

St. Hubert was raised in a noble Catholic family in the 7th century in Europe, and had a passion for the pastime of hunting. His wife tragically died after giving birth to their son, and Hubert supposedly turned away from his faith and God in his anger and grief. While he was on a hunt on Good Friday when the faithful were in church observing the Passion of Our Lord, he came across a magnificent stag. As he was about to kill the stag, he saw a crucifix between the antlers of the animal, and heard the voice of God command him to repent and turn back to virtue and faith. Hubert obeyed, and would eventually become a priest and bishop, and is known as the patron saint of hunters.

Join the huntsmen, and pursue God, THEN game.
